PLEASE READ OUR ONLINE SALES POLICY BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER!
We only sell 100% AUTHENTIC Designer Dresses.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL - We do not accept Returns. All merchandise is inspected by our shipping department before shipping it to the customer.
Bill to and Ship to has to be the same address.
Free Ground Shipping for all sales over $400.00 within 50 states.
For sales under $400.00 there is a flat $20 shipping charge that will be added to the total of your order
Expedited shipping will incur extra charges; we will contact you to advise you of any additional charges before charging your credit card
By accepting our policy you are confirming that you have reviewed the
specific size chart for the style you are ordering.
Please be sure that you have measured yourself carefully. We recommend that you should not measure yourself, but rather have a friend or family member measure you. Please call us if you need instructions for the proper way to measure yourself if you are unsure.
Sale Dresses are available ONLINE ONLY and are sold "AS IS".
DO NOT BE CONCERNED WITH ordering the size that you normally wear as Sizes of dresses do run small compared to casual wear / everyday clothes.
Order the size based on the measurements on the size chart. It is easier to alter the dresses to "take in" then to "let it out". Taking in is usually easier, each desinger size chart can vary from one another.
Dye lots can vary, if you are comparing images from cameras/monitors to the actual fabric due to different pixels and lighting.
More then 90% of the customers do need alterations on their dresses - so make sure you have a seamstress to get alterations done at your end.
Online Order customers who place orders online must inspect their merchandise within three (3) calendar days of Delivery (Delivery date by UPS/Fedex). All merchanduise is inspected by our Quality conrtrol team before its shipped to the customers, any manufacturer issues and defects must be reported to Park Avenue South Boutique in writing within this inspection period by emailing to us to our email address : parkavenuesouth@verizon.net. Failure to report any issue within the three (3) calendar day window constitutes acceptance of the merchandise in its delivered AS IS Condition. Park Avenue South Boutique shall not be liable for any issues reported after 3 calendar days of delivery.
All styles not available at all times - some styles can take up to 4 months to order.
If you do not receive confirmation of the order with 3 business days, then please call the store at 732-240-0607 to check the status.
For International Orders - will be extra Freight Charges and we accept payments thru Paypal Verified/Secured accounts only.
You should hold the tape measure loosely but firmly (not too tightly) and
find the largest measurement for bust, waist, and hips; be sure to choose
the size that has the largest of the three measurements.
Be sure to measure carefully as ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
